In fact, chocolate (in moderation) is medically proven to improve mood and it’s full of cancer-fighting antioxidants! A 2011 Swedish study found that women who ate more than 45 grams of chocolate every week had a 20% lower risk of stroke than women who ate less than 9 grams. Chocolate has been around for thousands of years. When it’s made right, it is renewable, all natural, and 100% delicious.
